We made a reservation online for a Friday or Saturday night in Trafford, which is highly recommended. The restaurant was bustling with 6 couples waiting when we left at 7:15pm. We absolutely loved the sharing board with cold meats and cheese. My prawn risotto was delicious and flavorsome. However, my daughter found her gnocchi to be bland and unenjoyable, so we ended up sharing. I personally did not find the gnocchi to be tasty at all, and the consistency was not great either. The food here is genuinely pretty good, however, my meal had a small piece of plastic/rubber in it which I did actually begin to consume before realising what it was. I brought this up with the waiter and said what had happened but he didn’t seem overly surprised and took my plate away. About 5 minutes passed and he came back and said they’d take the dish off my bill. I’ve since contacted est to try and ascertain where the bit of rubber came from. As it went in my mouth I feel like I should at least be told where they believe it came from but I’ve had no response from them.
I visited this restaurant with my wife and daughter on Wednesday. Unfortunately, we had to send back my daughter's chicken and vegetables dish because it arrived cold and clearly reheated. The chicken was not fresh and the vegetables were soggy. I couldn't understand how someone could think it was acceptable to serve that. I ended up giving my daughter some of my average salad and then took her somewhere else to eat. Overall, a very poor dining experience.
I've been to the restaurant several times now, and I've never been disappointed with the food. The last time I went, besides the delicious meal, there was also fantastic service from our waitress named Magda. She was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on her face. It was a pleasure to chat with her. Additionally, she professionally recommended a meal that turned out to be exquisite. A solid 5+ for both the food and service!

When queuing for a table, for atleast five minutes multiple members of staff walked past and didn’t even acknowledge that we were waiting, nevermind the fact that there was a queue behind us. However, Roxy who served us definitely made our experience much more positive. She was absolutely lovely and so accommodating. Food was perfect. Thank yo :
We ordered the 3 plate tapas options each. I always order a carbonara when it is on the menu and it was delicious, but slightly watery. The lasagne was absolutely fantastic though and I would return just to try that again! Good value for money and the food is filling.
