Haven’t been here in a few years and will never return back after today , the service was terrible and slow , the cashier and staff were not fast paced and did not have good customer service. I was told 10-15 minutes for 3 steak n fries to be waited for almost 40 min for them and seeing other people get their food. Not to mention paying 16 for the picture shown below and the fries were stale by the time I got home. They have definitely increased their prices and the quality of the food is horrible …. I used to really enjoy this restaurant; it was one of my top choices. Unfortunately, they have raised their prices significantly, added a credit card fee, and decreased the portion sizes. For instance, the picada used to cost $20, but now it's $29 plus an additional credit card fee, and the amount of meat served is far less than what we used to get for a lower price. It's no longer a good value for the amount spent, and sadly, I won’t be coming back. I hope the restaurant considers this constructive feedback to make some improvements.
This used to be a really good place to come. Unfortunately they rise the prices too much. It is crazy to pay 20 dollars for a bandeja Paisa. Service was ok. Food quality was ok, but for some reason my husband and I got sick after we ate there. Also be aware that they will automatically add the 18% tip, and they add it in a very sneaky place.. on top of the receipt. We are definitely not coming back.
I got an amazing burger called “Venezolana” the meat tasted so good and burger was so good I can’t even describes love the restaurant! I’m a food lover and definitely I’m leaving a good review! Service was good and attentive ????Food: 5/5

The staff and atmosphere was amazing, the fries and pork ribs were fantastic! My only complaint is that my burgers was soggy when it came out but it was still delicious.
