A real ambience of Portuguese workers' restaurant, it speaks loud, with a lot of emphasis, it is full of Portuguese, it is good sign on quality and quantity. It's true that it's not a three-star presentation, it's rather uma estrela: but it's okay. The service is welcoming, the simple lunch menu, entrance buffet, 2 dishes to choose from, a drink dessert.
When you go to a Portuguese restaurant you do not expect to eat in a 4-star but the food is good and the service by the girls, very pleasant. A price for the noon around 13€ which includes buffet entrance, dish, drink dessert! What is more than reasonable! Of course Friday is cod but there is always a second choice for those who are not attracted.
We should have followed our feeling at the entrance of this bar-restaurant. Huge noise that it is impossible to follow a conversation, food is really not flichy or even very good. But the waitress who was at the bar is very friendly.
