Food is never consistent. Dined here in November the ahi tartare, lobster roll, beet salad, and chopped salad were all good. Yesterday I ordered the grilled kanpachi and was so disappointed. The fish and veggies were drenched in shoyu sauce....it wouldn't have been too bad if the sauce was balanced but it was so so salty. I fished out the fish and placed it on another plate to get it out of the pool of sauce. Veggies absorbed too much of the sauce so I did not want to eat it. Garlic rice was so bland and crunchy in some parts. Tried a piece of garlic chicken and that too was way too salty. Definitely needed some sugar/sake/garlic to balance it out. Always the best meeting place for business and with friends. Just the right amount of menu items. Value for price, location, parking, and of course the staff. Very consistent with quality. Happy they brought back the salmon toast! The service team there is top notch! They are super attentive with refills and aware when gatherings are for business. Absolutely the best place in town!
the waiter who served our table did not tell us about the special for this day, although he told us about some new ones in the menu. we knew there was something special when the waiter who served the table next to us declared the customer. I liked her pancake, but I didn't see in the menu, but actually they had it as something special.
Had a reservation for 4 business lunch. Not much business got conducted due to being distracted by the absolutely delicious food! Very much looking forward to going again, this time for a casual brunch! Outstanding service and excellent food!

The noise level was quite loud because of the group of ladies at the next table. I struggled to hear my friends throughout our meal, which became frustrating by the time we finished. However, I did enjoy the rigatoni—it was delicious!
The staff is always on point and professional. Jared is awesome! The food is consistently high quality. My friends and father were not expecting such a high bar experience from eating at Foodland. Now, it's their favorite spot.
Perfect place to treat friends and family. We tend to order family style sharing a few dishes. Specialty drinks are fun to try. Friendly service. Recommend going slightly after the 12p rush for quieter ambiance.
The lamb polpette appetizer and the chopped salad were very good. The grilled kampachi was delicious. The pineapple crumble could have had less and smaller pineapple chunks and more crumble.
