We were stuck for something to do with the kids on a rainy day and decided to head into the mountains after reading about L’Eternisula. We were not disappointed! Right from entering the restaurant we were made to feel welcome and to feel nothing was...to much trouble. We had to sit in a corner because they were busy, but the got free chairs and a table from outside to make us as comfortable as possible, and to be honest, this just made it feel more special for us and the kids. The food was nothing short of amazing, helping us understand what the dishes were. They even said the Le Croque was to a bit to big for 1 each for the kids, and without asking offered to split 1 and serve it as 2 plate...
this restaurant is located in an older building, but the style of the facility is relaxed and modern. the idea seems to offer a large selection of smaller gears, so customers can combine them in wise, which is for us this. works really well. we started with courgette beignets that were served with cream fraiche and were really delicious. then we had a goat cheese salad and a corsian suppe, both of which were excellent. I had rested to follow this was the only time I thought I had done a little more! the atmosphere is relaxed and the customers have some tourist and some local people included. the costs of the meal were low compared to their quality.
at 2,45 ranked to say food not possible cleary says on the website 1700 hrs.but even if this is wrong, why stop food at 2,45 or earlier not safe which time is not possible. will they stop9 serve for random times?. I think that must happen a lot because there is a long journey in the mountains to reach here just to not risk food possible! there are only snacks usually so they don't need to be meelin cook. Eat should be served throughout the day in such a tourist area for walkers e.t.c
We didn’t know what to expect when we spotted the place, just by passing by. We hadn’t had so fine food in Corse and it was a great surprise to find this small restaurant where very kind people serve local specialties and vegetarian dishes in...a stylish environment. They even had brocciu cheese freshly produced the same morning.

This is a fantastic place for a light lunch. My husband and I shared various smaller plates courgette beignets with a lovely yoghurt and mint dip, black olive tapenade, humus, and pate de sanglier. Everything was superb. The staff were lovely and made us...feel very welcome. All this and wonderful views too!
We came here 3 times in 3 days!!! Great glacé, great food, salads, cheese, soup, desserts and service. This place deserves the hype as we were wonderfully taken care of during our meals and desserts here. Did I tell u they make great espresso??
Ordered: Bruschetta Olive tapenade Salade Chèvre BLT Sandwich Every thing was nicely arranged on plates, the used ingredients were fresh and the location excellent. Bottomline: worth going there!
