I encountered an older lady during my visit, who appeared to have a twin or sister with her. Unfortunately, she was rude from start to finish, making for an unpleasant experience overall. It's frustrating when people have questions and receive an unwarranted attitude in response. As first-time customers, we will not be returning.
Update: I spent $65 on a selection of small cakes to take to a party, but sadly, no one enjoyed them. It was a complete waste of money. The quality and taste were very disappointing, especially given the high price.
My Romanian (in Europe) wife was disappointed. The cakes weren't bad, but they didn't stand out as any different from typical American cakes. The quality seemed about the same as from a grocery store--not bad, not special. No complaints about the customer service, and the shop was clean.

I have always ordered at European Bakery and now, I’m a regular customer there. I always went there for a birthday(mostly) or special occasion. Honestly, if you want to have a fun, small cake for any event, you should come here. ?

The pastries are simply delightful! The location is ideal—peaceful and located in a business district. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service.
Lots of delicious Dessert.I had a tuna sandwich salad and it was super delicious. It was made fresh right there. I definitely will be going back.
Slice of coconut cream and chocolate mousse cake were both extremely dry and hard to eat. Chocolate mousse also had a very unpleasant taste.
I've been here three times now and will keep coming back. They have a big variety of delicious custom cakes and very good customer service.
