I had prebooked one of the five meals in advance as our son is severely autistic, and as part of his routine, he has his evening meal at 5 PM every day. However, what I requested over the phone two days prior had not been conveyed to the kitchen staff. Seeing my concern, Izzy quickly improvised and said she would make his meal a priority. She also provided a quick snack while we waited. The main meals quickly followed and were cooked to perfection. We had a very pleasant evening with lots of laughs and enjoyed the calm atmosphere and competent service from Izzy and her team. We happily left a tip and will be sure to return again soon. Service was absolutely terrible. We waited and waited and waited... Even though we booked a table for it was after when we finally got someone to acknowledge we'd arrived and were shown to a table. Then we waited again. Got our drinks fifteen...minutes later, and placed our order. Waited half an hour for a small starter. Then waited another half an hour for one of the worst main courses I've ever had. Extremely salty chicken in barbecue sauce, a fatty strip of bacon, bit of coleslaw, and luke warm chips. It was dry and absolute rubbish. The service was abysmal, the food poor quality, it was noisy and dirty and an utter shambles. Never again.
the food is good for a casual night out. The service from connie is amazing and she is extremely friendly. Its a great place to come with family and friends with a relaxed atmosphere with reasonable prices.
The place itself could do with a refurb. However we had a really nice lunch, starters good and our rib eye steaks were very good. Our waitress Jan G was very attentive and enhanced our experience.

Went to this restaurant for drinks for a farewell party. Thank you to Lewis for keeping up with all of our drink orders. We will definitely be back soon.
Came for breakfast this morning was greeted by lauren who was polite and attentive food was amazing will definitely be going again
Friendly and polite staff, good food, fair prices. Beer was cold coffee was warm, puddings were delicious, would come back again.
