I had the Flammekueche (tarte flambée) gratinée, which was great. I thought it would be a heavy meal; but actually the size was perfect as the crust is very thin. The mushrooms and the sauce were very well cooked. Then for dessert I had a piece of the rhubarb tart, which was also yummy. The service was friendly and waiting times were acceptable. I would definitely come back to try other dishes if I'm in Mulhouse again.
I was hoping to try a flamenküchen, and even though it was good, they could have made it much more authentic. No onions, nothing to replace the meat. What about using smoked tofu as a replacement for the lard? I loved the taste, but my boyfriend that used to love tarte flambée, was déçu. In the end we didn’t really eat anything that a non-vegan restaurant couldn’t have provided us. Which is a shame.
Intimist restaurant, super pleasant service, I went 5 times and I was never disappointed. their torched pie is great but I admit to being in love with burger ... the cheese inside is divine. prices are correct except for desserts can be ... but after a good dish usually dessert is optional except for gourmants/gourmets

A place where you will find best organic produce, seasonal and changing menues. And a very good selection of organic wines as well. And the proprietors are knowledgeable when it comes to vegan and gluten free diet. Highly recommended
