Never again! The location is generally nice and modern. A bit noisy... The service was rather unenthusiastic! No smiles, nothing! Very inflexible. Even if the food selection is somewhat smaller for groups, ordering a sauce with a schnitzel should be possible, especially since other guests were served their schnitzel with sauce! The food arrived relatively quickly. The portion sizes were a joke! A schnitzel (pre-made and thrown through the deep fryer) the size of a potato pancake with 10 fries (which were very good, though) and a single lettuce leaf?! A tarte flambée with no real flavor?! Disappointed with the service; the Christmas brunch was a private event. It was nice that everyone could sit together upstairs, but unfortunately, the food wasn't the same as what was set up downstairs. The service definitely needs improvement. We had to keep getting things done because dishes were always missing, which got really annoying. Drinks included water, juice, and coffee; again, there's room for improvement! I was missing some fruit, but overall it was okay. It seems to be the norm these days that you don't get good, old-fashioned service anymore. We'll see if we come back. Great location with a lot of room for improvement.
The burger was very, very tasty, and the salad was also really good! We were particularly pleased with the freshly tapped Peter's Kölsch beer – a real highlight. The location, right next to the open-cast mine viewpoint, is truly beautiful and invites you to linger. The restaurant itself is cozy and well-kept. The service was super friendly and quick; we hardly had to wait. All in all, a successful visit – we'd love to come back!
Die Speisen sind qualitativ gut gute Auswahl und auch der Preis passt. Was allerdings eine absolute Katastrophe ist, ist der Service. Als wir vor Ort waren, war es absolut nicht voll. Wir haben dennoch eine halbe Stunde gewartet, um Getränke aufgeben zu können. Das zog sich leider wie ein roter Faden durch unseren Aufenthalt.

Wir haben zu fünft einen wunderbaren Abend vor einer spektakulären Kulisse verbracht. Wir wurden außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, freundlich und herzlich bedient. Besonderen Dank an Bianca und Dominik! Das Essen war sehr gut und die Preise angemessen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, das war sicher nicht der letzte Besuch .
This was our second time eating there, and we were just as satisfied as we were three years ago. A very friendly young team, and the food was incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. The portions were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful evening, and best regards from the pork neck!
A very nice restaurant with great architecture. The exceptionally friendly staff is a real highlight. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. The hot dishes were attractively presented and of high quality. Try the Kaiserschmarren!
The restaurant itself was nice, but I was a bit disappointed with the food. The schnitzels were very small and expensive for the portion size. I would think twice about going there again. A shame.

A really nice restaurant and bar. Very tasty currywurst with perfectly seasoned fries. Even without sunshine, but dry, it was excellent.
It is questionable to combine the exploitation of nature with a café.
