First of all, I have been coming to this diner for years. It is a great diner that we as a community need. After Covid, some of our community restaurants did not make it, but this one did I am so grateful! I understand it has been difficult for them, but I’m happy to see that they’re open every day again! I gave it three stars for the atmosphere because they need to do some updates, and they need to do some rearranging, but everything else was great. Service was very prompt and professional. Food was delicious as always! Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, spinach, pie, veggie Panini, veggie wrap, salads, Tempeh. Parking: Many spots to park. Service was slow only because unexpectedly short staffed, most of the time it's great. Staff always serves with a smile. My favorite dish is the American dream waffle warm belgium waffle with fresh banana, strawberries, and blueberries with whipped cream . I don't even need syrup. My wife and myself had lunch here this past Saturday and must say we were very pleased. We shared a tuna fish sandwich with French fries and I will say it was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. French fries were hot and very fresh. The waitress made me a really great cherry coke. Very refreshing. Service was friendly and efficient. By the way.... The chicken soup was like grandma used to make. Great diner... friendly service
The service was great and the hosts were friendly at this restaurant. However, the burgers that my friends and I ordered were overcooked to the point where they could fit in a small container. The toppings were unevenly distributed, with lots of chopped jalapeños but only pickle chips on the side, not even a whole pickle spear. I would recommend trying the turkey club sandwich instead of the burgers. Book a table now
