I think that it must have been seventeen years ago that I was first told about this wonderful local restaurant. It has been a 'must ' ever since. Hidden far away from the tourist area of the town and the only commercial enterprise amongst the homes of the locals it is their restaurant. This is a family run restaurant, run for the locals and I count myself and my family as being extremely lucky to be able to share it with them. There is nothing flash about the place. The food is delicious and the tinto de la casa at 4.50 euros a bottle fantastic value for money. But then you can say that about everything in this delightful secret hideaway.

traditional Spanish Catalan restaurant, with its ceramics on the walls the hams hung on the ceiling and more than sixty tapas on the map. family restaurant, carlos, nouria and mother over 80 years old. friendly, excellent cuisine, quantity, big evening. the presence of many indigenous peoples is not confused. add a value price without comparison and you will not be surprised that I recommend it with insistence. huge tips you need to book if you don't want to be disappointed and stay in front of the door.

We went here a Sayurday for lunch after reading the great reviews on TA. And I must say I was positively surprised. The tapas were amazing. Amazing quality, large portions and all that to a very fair price. Really enjoyed it there. Service was friendly. Would definitely repeat and can highly recommend. We tried their homemade chicken croquetas and they were not only delicious, but for 2,95€ we received 6 or 8 units which was amazing. Very recommendable.

We found this place by coincidence but don't regret it. It is a classical tapas bar, not fancy at all with 2 televisions at the wall. You should come here for the food. All tapas we tried were delicious. Pimientos del padrón, chipirones, jamón iberico, sardinas,...You cannot go wrong. The menu is also translated in English and French. Wines are basic but cheap. It's definitely a place to go back. Excellent value for money!!!
