Ezell's Famous Chicken

I must say I was disturbed by how the “manager” up front was treating the 2 female employees. He was talking down to them and barking remarks that were not appropriate. He was a black male and he was making the comments to a young Asian and Caucasian girl very uncomfortable. Not cool dude, this isn’t your wife, it’s your employees. Food was excellent as always.

Food was great and didn't have to wait very long. It's definitely expensive. It was insanely hot inside, well over 80 degrees and they had both front doors open but it didn't help at all. I couldn't enjoy a meal no matter what with it being that hot. Felt like suffocating and the workers looked like they were going to faint. Employees were very nice

the service was awful ? very rude person cashier had to be pushed to help us and the guy putting our food together threw it in the bag and shoved it at me .. I even tried to be extra nice and say thank you and have a nice day they stared at me and walked off .. rude sarcastic in a bad way.. food was fine..Food: 3/5

Food tasted pretty good but the manager ruined the experience. The manager was rude towards my group from the moment we walked in. He yelled at a number of other customers unprovoked and was very vocally aggressive with some employees. It was very disruptive and disappointing to see.

Very good chicken but make sure to get ranch! It's so much better with it. The fries are delicious and they have a nice Cajun seasoning on them. Soft biscuits to go with your chicken as well. I highly recommend Ezell's Famous Chicken!Food: 5/5
