I've been ordering from Fabio's Bistro once a week since the start of COVID. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, but recently the service has been disappointing. Three times in a row, when ordering through Slice or DoorDash, the app showed our order as delivered, but it never arrived. When we called, they said the order was either with them or still in the oven. Because of this, the estimated delivery times are completely unreliable. I hope Fabio's isn't intentionally manipulating delivery times as a strategy. This situation not only confuses and worries us about whether our order was delivered to the right place, but I’m sure Fabio's receives many similar calls from other customer...
I visited Fabio's Bistro early this spring with a friend, and we both enjoyed the food. Later, I returned with my husband and adult son for a late lunch. We found convenient street parking nearby. The service was prompt and friendly. For lunch, I had a made-to-order vegetable wrap, and both times I tried the Fabio Stromboli with a side of marinara sauce—it was delicious and generously sized, so much so that I took a quarter of it home. My son enjoyed the crispy chicken salad.
I finally got to try Fabio's Bistro during a family gathering, and the experience was fantastic. The penne vodka, ravioli, and sausage with peppers from their menu were outstanding. I highly recommend Fabio's Bistro and will definitely visit again whenever I'm in town.
Tiramisu is absolutely not worth it. The slice is very small (that?s a kids lunch fork near it) not made with lady fingers (just a cake layer) and the filling is more like pudding. Wouldn?t recommend this as a takeout dessert. p.s. pepperoni pizzawas delicious ????

Had Fabio?s for the first time last night based on friends recommendations. The food was really really good and fresh. This is the best Italian food I?ve had in some time! I?m glad I grabbed a catering menu for our party next month !
The Brooklyn pizza at Fabio's Bistro is fantastic! After moving to Fanwood a few months ago, we finally decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad we did.
Exquisite pizza, exceptional veal marsala, prompt delivery, and great prices. What else could you possibly want?!
Fabio's is now under new management. I tried the spaghetti and meatballs for my main course.
