We wanted to have a quick lunch and were craving something healthy(ish , studying the menus of various restaurants in the area. When we saw that Fabrica 1 had goat cheese salad, we decided to give it a try. It turned out to be very nice (there is hardly any size difference between the small and large size, so if you are on a budget, I would recommend going for the small one . The lady who served us (owner? was very friendly and we found the prices pretty decent, too. We sat outside, so I cannot comment on the atmosphere in the actual restaurant.
Hace cuatro años que no visitábamos este restaurante y es justo decir que mantiene su calidad inalterables. Ofrece una carta amplia y variada en la que tiene especial presencia la carne a la brasa. Probamos alcachofas con jamón y un excelente lomo bajo de retinto con un punto perfecto. Buenos postres y un servicio cordial y muy atento. Sin duda un sitio para recomendar.
Why i think this restaurant is very good is the fact that it was the only one in an area of 40 odd restaurants that catered for vegans. Not as fancy as some of the others but great food and great service. On the menu was a hamburger and german styled sausages with chips and salad.
Popular place in Santa Catalina and on the busy street Fabrica. Tapas for one, two or three €. We had baby squids, very fresh and perfekt crust. Thai chicken with fries should not be orderd. Quick and helpful service.
