A boba cafe with plenty of tables and seating, 5 Karaoke rooms AND games reminiscent of Dave Buster’s?! I just found my new spot at Factory Tea Bar (in San Gabriel in the SGV) to post up and “work from home” My friends and I experienced the appropriately themed Malibu room (for the curious, other rooms are: Sunset, Glam, Galaxy, Boba) and while some sang their hearts out, I went straight for that Passion Fruit Green Tea Boba Tower with all the toppings Their dessert and finger food options were aplenty as well!
There's nothing exceptional about the food and drink but it's good. The real draws are the amenities and atmosphere. The target demographic: Teens and young adults acquainted with asian cultural facets. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating and a games room with billiards, ping pong, and a video arcade. It's not for everyone, but it is for someone. You'll probably know as soon as you step inside.
I went in for the limited Gura-themed Boba, and it turned out to be even better than I expected (I just wish I could have had more!). It was perfectly balanced in sweetness (though I do have a bit of a sweet tooth). The next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by to try their regular menu.
This boba shop comes highly recommended for satisfying late-night cravings. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing helpful suggestions when needed. The background music was set at a nice volume, making it easy to chat with friends while still enjoying the tunes.

Ordered Almond milk tea. Forgot to tell them no sugar. When I asked the server was really nice about it and make it less sweet for me. Great service!! .. they also have a lot of little gift items to purchase. Cool set up.
Ftb has a dark setting, the backs have claw machines that give you a decent chance to win. A popular choice for highschool students to hang out. If you're in for a deli treat, there's a deli shop two stores away
Hands down mic drop the best dirty nom nom (brown sugar ice milk drink) ever!!! No one else can make brown sugar drink like this one. 10 stars. My go to drink to cheer me up.
