Jedesmal einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten hier über mittlerweile 4 Jahre noch nie einen schlechten Abend, im Gegenteil! Jedesmal ein Highlight. Die Küche ist definitiv auf Sterne Niveau in dem ein oder anderen Sternerestaurant hat es uns sogar nicht so gut geschmeckt wie hier. Preislich liegt man hier unter den Sternerestaurants und daher ist das Fässle ein No brainer für jeden der fine dining liebt. Ein Bonus ist die Weinbegleitung bei der wir schon den ein oder anderen neuen Lieblingswein entdeckt haben. Das Personal ist super drauf und oft gut gelaunt, was die Stimmung insgesamt sehr angenehm macht. Klasse Leistung so ein tolles Niveau über so viele Jahre 10/10
Schwäbisches Understatement meets fine dining. Das Fässle kommt zurückhaltend schwäbisch in der Aufmachung daher, und überrascht bzw überzeugt dann völlig mit dem feinen, französisch inspirierten Essen. Hier fühlt sich die Feinschmeckerin wohl, und das in angenehm ungezwungenem Ambiente. Im Sommer lohnt sich ein Besuch des schön im Hinterhof gelegenen Außenbereichs hier schlemmt es sich wunderbar. Die heimelige Stube im Inneren hat natürlich auch viel für sich. Klare Empfehlung!
yesterday evening a wonderful dinner experienced! we know herr giboins his kitchen still from forest book and we were brightly excited that the quality and presentation of the foods did not leave a bit. menu and a la carte selection were hearty, wee recommended to the individual tellers harmoniously. it were wonderful 5 hours in friendly atmosphere and attentive service. thank you for coming back to the final!

it is nice to see and taste the barrel after certain vulnerabilities at the level of krone, forest book, the earlier site of action of herrn giboin and his team. the foods are easy to look at, tasteful and beautiful.The accompanying weepings are somewhat behind in quality. there is still air up.Service is efficient and accommodating.Prices moderate.
