This is a small restaurant in a fantastic location right on the lake of Zwischenahn. It has a wonderful terrace, but the interior of the restaurant is also nice, very traditional and cosy. The menu is relatively small but everything is delicious for a... traditional restaurant It delivers great value for the price. The wine list is typical for the north of Germany so very limited choice so go for a great beer, I can only recommend the Jever beer fantastic! The service is great and very friendly. Overall value and a fantastic location (you can also reach by boat from Bad Zwischenahn).

The cuisine was German, of course, but there was something for everyone. It's in an old...thatched building and interior décor is old fashioned. The dining room is filled with antiques and the wait staff wears regional costumes.
