Have lived in Wymondham for 26 years without ever visiting this diner; finally went, on the recommendation of friends. Clean interior, simple, basic menus, friendly service, great food and very good value. Veggie breakfast was superb. Don't bother if you're looking for something upmarket this is basic, diner style, fill you up stuff in plain surroundings with counter service. But it's supremely well done and the staff seem to take pride in what they do. Reckon we will be regulars......
Tripadvisor shows this as being in South Burlingham, which is very odd as it's always been in Wymondham! Sophisticated it isn't, but it's a good cafe that is clean, with very friendly staff and good basic food at a very reasonable price. (The coffee is surprisingly good, and I'm fussy about my coffee! It's certainly considerably better than when I remember it as a smoky bikers' cafe in the 60's and 70's!
The food here is very good for what you pay and is an old fashioned basic cafe, clean tidy. If you are in Wymondham it probably is the only place open after 4.30.
Lovely breakfast every Sunday morning.. Staff are lovely makes you feel relaxed and welcoming.. Looking forward coming back Sundays for my lovely breakfast
