I can 't get enough, and I dont go often enough. Every time I go its packed. The food never disappoints. Simple, authentic taste. Just plain good! The pictures don 't do the food justice. I either start digging in forgeting to take a pic or it 's so full inside I go outside to eat at the cafe sidewalk tables and the sun is blaring causing a shadow from my phone. I 'm sorry! It still looks good. My daughter got Chicken Shawarma I got Hummus, Falafal, Pita Bread, Fries and sandwich topping.. onion n pickled veggies . For such a highly rated place I sure was expecting more and left a bit disappointed. The falafel was tasty and had some nice spice to it, but it was nothing out of ordinary or memorable. The ambiance of the restaurant is very low key, I asked for a plate for sit in and they packaged it to go.. while I was eating there, the staff behind the counter were what seemed to be arguing with their manager on their cleaning shifts right in front of customers. Service just ok.
That was a great surprise. We came to the city for an appointment and simply googled restaurants in the area. Everything tasted so delicious. I ordered a chicken-shawarma wrap, grape leaves, baba ganoush, and falafels. Before we left, we had to have Pistachio baklava, for which we should die. We will stop our next trip to Birmingham.
The best falafel in town, without a doubt. It's incredibly authentic and delicious. The Pita Falafel Sandwich is generously packed, and the size of the falafels will keep you satisfied for half the day. A fantastic spot for falafel in Birmingham!

The best restaurant in the middle east of the city! (Eli's Jerusalem is a tight second) Excellent falafel, crispy on the outside, while still moist and delicate inside. I recommend eating with one side of Tahini.
Extremely tasty food. I highly recommend the beef shawarma and their hot sauce is great. Note the link to the menu on Google is for the restaurant that used to be here.
I'm always able to get in and out without a long wait, and the falafel plate offering a vegan option is awesome, as are the veggies offered.
