I enjoy Mediterranean food and I enjoyed my falafel sandwich but there are some things on the menu that they just don't have after 5 and as far as customer service the person that was serving me at the time seemed a little bit thrown off that I even came to put in an order... maybe because you didn't even look like they were open very dark surroundings so maybe service and the atmosphere is better during the daytime.
We ate here for the first time today and absolutely loved it! My husband had the mix grill platter and I had the lamb chops. Both platters were amazing and the portions were generous. The South End has been in need of something different to choose from and this definitely is something wonderfully different. The young woman at the counter was so polite and friendly. We're definitely going back!
I have visited here twice for lunch and have enjoyed the food both times. The food is fresh and authentic--especially the hummus and the dolmas. Highly recommend the chicken shawarma because the spices are perfectly blended and the rainbow rice that comes with it is also packed with flavor. The dining area is simple and clean. Good for a sit down lunch with co workers or friends.
Go here about once a week if i can, the hummus on the bread throw some rice lemon juice feta cheese on it with your choice of protein and you're in for a pretty good flat bread sandwich and the left over hummus goes good with the rice all together this meal comes together for a beautiful start middle and end always leaving me satisfied Book a table now
We occasionally stop by for dinner and have tried all the vegetarian options on the menu. My experience with falafels is limited, but they are absolutely delicious here. I also really enjoy the grilled vegetable platter and the grape leaves. Everything is always fresh and tasty. I've never been disappointed.
We order from the whole menu. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. The mix grill is a great center piece for supper and as the name says the falafel as a sandwich or a platter is a great meal. I have not tried the breakfast yet but looks to be a good variety.
My wife Sarah always orders the half chicken with salad, and I absolutely love all of their shawarma. I had dinner from there today, and I was so full that I saved the leftovers for later. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates delicious food.
