We liked going there, but the last time in a large group the colleague had to give her meat back because it was so tough. Mine was also pretty streaky, but then I cut around it and just left the silverskin/tendon in the plate. When I was asked when I was clearing away whether it was tasty, I just said that I had already given my feedback. Then the boss came with a piece of meat with a nice fat edge and wanted to make it clear to me that my piece was cut off from this piece. He told me that I had no idea. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gehn, denn wir hatten einen tollen Abend. Wir hatten das Valentinstag Menu mit Übernachtung und Frühstück gebucht. Super schönes Ambiente, tolle Stimmung, sehr gutes Essen und das Zimmer war super (mein Hightlight war die Terasse mit toller Sicht auf das Schloss und über die Stadt.
