Our first time here and pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and the price was reasonable. A good variety of beer and lager on tap. The waitresses were friendly and knowledgeable of the things on offer. We had a lovely evening and there was a quiz on that night to entertain if you wanted to join in. Parking: The car park is fairly large and seems to have enough spaces for the size of establishment. Price per person: £20–30
Service was prompt and polite but the food was very poor. The food was slightly warm, potatoes like concrete on the outside then cold in the middle, vegetables were as if rubber , gravy gloopy I could go on. I think a microwave is the star of the kitchen.
