Famena Famous Roti & Curry

Amazing flavor and delicious food. I'll choose a hole in the wall restaurant with authentic taste, over a chain restaurant any day! Best roti I've had in the city, hands down. There isn't much seating, but they do also utilize door dash I believe, if your not willing to visit. Owner is personable and kind and took the time to get to know us. Will definitely go back, I highly recommend.

I was sceptical about this place as I have always passed by on my daily. I finally stopped into this place as I was working near by one day. Had a great lunch. The staff were very kind and I felt comfortable and enjoyed my meal. I left satisfied. I will keep coming back and I will recommend this place to friends and family. See you again!

Great food and even better service!!. The owner really takes the time to talk and get to know the customers in a way that is really lacking in the restaurant industry these days. I will definitely be coming back as it will be my new go to spot. I highly recommend you take the time to find and eat at this place.

Muhammad is a joy to talk with and makes an incredible roti. Chickpea, potato and veggies for me with a rounded Caribbean flavour. Plus a hot sauce that has a good balance of flavour and kick. Leaves you with the feeling that you’re full of hearty, nutrient dense food. A+

Owners are wonderful. I can only attest to the rotis as I have them every time, but they are always flavourful and filling. Definetly one of the best if not the best in Winnipeg In my opinion.
