with the experience from South Tyrolean children's hotels we were very disappointed quickly. the room or appartment (2 room) has already come into the years and not very harmonious. naja, this is also tasteful but certainly not planned by an interior architect. also the bets are bad. my partner and I both had back pain on the first morning. the hotellist is a grace for all guests. We came home today with our granddaughter of 1 week vacation. It was absolutely great. A great offer for sports trips. The Alpaka trekking tour to the Feldberg was super organized, the animals very well maintained. Mr. Kaut from the Alpaka Hof Kaut left no question unanswered. Free entry for all attractions in the Fundorena, Feldberg Bahn and much more through the Schwarzwald Hochkarte rounded off everything. For our 4-year-old daughter a dream. Ride from the pony (Silvia and Bernd you make this great and the ponies are loved by you and super well maintained), jump over trampoline, climbing, swimming, children's world, beautiful decorations, facilities, great family suite, super delicious buffet, just everything the heart desires. We were super served. All employees were cordial and very friendly and set up. We felt comfortable all around
We're going home today after 9 days. It was 2nd x super nice for us 3 2 adults, 1 child), great team from the whole hotel very friendly and helpful), great children care, great apartment, very clean, many leisure and employment opportunities for old and young eating and drinking -top! the hotel is absolutely child-friendly. there are many great indoor and outdoor activities. childcare is good. the personal is very friendly. our children felt very comfortable!!!Negative:The ventilation in the restaurant! clothes smells after every food.The eating is unfortunately only average.
Nice and clean room, delicious buffet breakfast. Loved the little details for my kids. Room with baby cot included. Clean pool facilities and cool indoor playground. Would love to come back again!
