Such service! Service only surpassed by their Whitefish salad! Mmmmmmmm! I came to Plaza at 9:59 and Publix didn't let me in. After an 8-hour shift, I was hungry and not looking forward to McDonalds. I noticed Family Bagels Lichter, and was surprised that they were open. They weren't. I went in and was greeted by her AMAZING cleaning team. They explained they were closed, but if I wanted something from the cold case, they would HAPPY to help!!! Thank you. The food here is amazing, it is really a good quality food. But take into account that this place never takes correct commands. I never got an order here. Every time you get out of here, make sure you open every box completely before you go. Every time this restaurant makes a mistake on your order, they are fully responsive/responsible and make sure to change your order or fix the problem. As I said, so delicious food they serve here with amazing staff, but if you order, make sure that they read the order again and make sure to check every box before you go. Love this place! The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. I have been in this facility since Strathmores, the last (Big Bite) and now Long Island customer. I feel like the owners and quality of food never changes. A little recommendation... bring back the regular unsweetened tea! Other than that, customer for life!
