First time at this location. First table was wobbly. Then my grandsons cheeseburger was very charred. His fries were good though. My meal the lunch special was good I had chopped pork, jalapeño cheddar link and cole slaw. My husband had the ribs, brisket and beans. His was ok. He said the best was the beans and of course we all love the cornbread. My iced tea was good also....I feel they may have been short staffed. HOWEVER, if that's the case let me know upfront. IF I go back to this location action it will be a LONG time...comparing this and the Smyrna location is comparing apples and oranges.
Eating was great, not so much. I know she had a few tables, but, going over and even asking if everything is in order while my drink was empty, is not okay. another person had to ask me if I wished for a refill. I ordered $50 worth of food from me and felt like I just ordered a water. this was on 7-21-22 around 17 clock and it was a blonde woman with glasses that my server was. I left her a $5 drink money, but it would have been more if she would actually ask me if I wanted to refill, instead of just, is everything in order?
Very slow service and subpar quality food. I told my server I needed a minute to think about my order and didn't see her again for more than ten minutes. Had in it already been given my drink, I would have left. The brisket meat was completely dry, only moisture coming from the chunks of fat that made up more than 50% of the serving. Chopped pork was tasted like the spicy pickles, probably because the kitchen dropped a scoop of them right on top of the meat. I definitely will not be back to this location.
THIS JUST HAPPENED. Imagine picking up your food and finding a dead bug in the bottom of the bag. It's infuriating. I called to tell a manager about it and they never got on the phone, then they were closed. I won't be back. Visit a cleaner establishment. People spend their hard earned money for cleanliness as well as customer service. Both are lacking. So much for the hype.

first visit a famous daves and had a great meal with the family. it fixed for two with the brisket and rip together with the chicken. very, very tasty. donna, our server, was very friendly and very accommodating. destined to visit.
that's a pretty good restaurant. our waitress sherry was very nice. the service was very good and the food was better than many places I was at. Stop it, I recommend it.
the food was good. the waiter was helpful. we downloaded the app and a free burger. it is not like a homestyle bbq as I imagined.
I had a waitress named Jen and she was amazing and the food was great! We had the Cajun shrimp feast! Amazing lots to take home.
