Great beer, idyllic setting, not kid friendly. Employee ruined experience by following kids with glares while they were doing normal kid stuff and scold them for no reason like trying to be helpful moving chairs to tables. Dude needed to just talk to the parents instead of going direct to kids if he felt that their behavior was inappropriate. Got the impression that he just didn’t like kids.
I hadn’t been here in awhile and wow, are the beers good. A great selection too, and the nitro Tufton at 3.9% is amazing. I also really liked the Shitake. So smooth and subtle. Great atmosphere, wood burning stove, horse farm, and a friendly staff. They must have a mouser-cat somewhere but I didn’t see one. I’ll have to come back.
We came for the live music and smashed some food from Top Nach and alcoholic beverages from the brewery. We have been here several times and will continue to come often!! Stop by and enjoy yourself.
First visit, great beer and excellent food truck, plus live rock and roll.
