The burger used to taste phenomenal. I’m a student and I come everyday. They changed the customer service. The lady seemed like she was high from weed or something. She couldn’t process anything I was saying. She got mad at me and put so much sauce in the burger to take revenge. I told her to get the manager and the manager was also another student. The burger is 4.99 and she lied to my face and said it’s 6.99 and would not give me the receipt. I told the manager to give me the receipt and he did and he saw that she charged me twice for the milkshake. I told him to apologize and not just refund me but he shut the window. This is absurd.
Fast Eddie's is undoubtedly the best fast food spot in the area. The prices are consistently reasonable, regardless of the economic climate, and while the menu remains familiar, there are some exciting new options to try. I'm absolutely hooked on the pickle fries—if you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend it! The service is always friendly and quick.

They placed hot, cheesy fries and cold soda in the same tray. Unsurprisingly, the tray folded in half, resulting in my fries and soda spilling all over my truck. It's common sense that hot and cold items shouldn't be put together like that. Food rating: 4/5.

Go there sometimes really like the frys not a big fan of the monkey shake but that's just preference the burgers atleast don't taste like cardboard so that's a positive (sorry mcdonalds) other than parking not bad of a place

Quick and decent food. They live up to their name!. I prefer their chicken sandwiches vs their beef burgers. On a side note the crazy fries are totally worth it.
Sat in drive thru for 10 mins and no order was taken so no fast eddies for me who ever works on Stanley St in brantford at 12 28 pm shouldn't be working there

Great drive thru for a tasty shake (my personal fav is the banana berry wild shake), and don’t forget the crazy fries best fries at fast food in my opinion.
I can't believe this could be considered a burger in a developed country. It looks and tastes awful, and I won't be returning.
