We have been going to the Cafe since we arrived in Germany almost years ago. Unfortunately the attitude of some male staff are increasingly getting from bad to worse. We have been accommodating and put it down to busy periods, now it just appears...to consistently be a poor/rude attitude. We have other choices in the immediate vicinity and we shall be exercising them! It's a pity, because we used to really enjoy this cafe.
So whilst browsing the Nordstadt (Northern sector of the city or Nuremberg) in search of breaky, we came across this little personal street cafe on the corner. Very cool place that offered a great menu for breakfast with superb fast and friendly service. Breakfast was...great and they serve a mean cappuccino! We were early, but many tables were reserved and filled up throughout the morning.
Just round the corner from where we were staying. Lovely cafe. Great food for the vegetarians with a chickpea curry and carrot and ginger soup. Meat eaters had schnitzel and lasagne. Excellent beer on tap from local brewery. Really nice service from waitress who translated...specials board, main menu has English subtitles. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend
This place is excellent, the food is good, the beer is good, it is affordable and has a great atmosphere. We had buffet style breakfast and came back for dinner, too. I had strudel filled with minced meat, feta and sun dried tomatoes and was delicious. I would certainly recommend this place for a visit. Book a table now
The food is amazing! I had scrambled eggs with bacon and baquettes. The plain yogurt with fruit and honey and a coffee. So delicious. Such nice people. They offer an English menu. Their outdoor seating is beautiful and great for families !
Perhaps the most cozy café restaurant in Nuremberg. Just to feel good, also because of the very accommodating staff. Good food, homemade milkshakes and great cake. Very nice beer garden, only unfortunately often completely occupied;
Very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. I order something else but I accept it , and the bad is she didn't hear us. 2 mistakes for 4 things. I saw good reviews on google but I was disappointed, I will not come again.
Don't bother going there, opening hours are kind of random lately. Expect to be quite rudely turned away even when the place ist supposed be operational for another hour or two. Book a table now
A very nice place with a beautifull atmosphere... In this place you can have a very good cappuccino and make a breakfast or a brunch. During the weekend you need to reserve.
