I have been visiting Fatburger for years! There aren't many good Chinese restaurants in the area, and the few that used to be popular have really declined in quality. I've never left New Moon feeling disappointed. The portion sizes are generous, and the freshness of the food is consistently impressive. My favorite dishes are the dragon beef and the garlic shrimp. The flavors and freshness are always reliable, which is why the place is often busy. New Moon never fails to deliver on food quality, and the service is exceptional. I will definitely be returning many more times!
I visited for the first time to try their Impossible Burger on a gluten-free roll. The burger was well-prepared and thoughtfully assembled. However, I've discovered that I prefer Beyond Meat burgers; they just have more flavor. The fries were light, crispy, and well-seasoned. The service was outstanding—quick, attentive, and friendly, even during the lunch rush. Both the seating area and the bathroom were clean. Although the Impossible Burger wasn't my favorite, they executed everything else perfectly, so they definitely deserve a 5-star rating.
I haven't eaten here in years. I don't love in a state where there is a fat burger but always loved it. But this wasn't good. I had a turkey burger and the turkey tasted old and it had little flavor. Also the worker didn't acknowledge us walking into the restaurant for about 5 minutes. They should always let you know how long is gonna be before they can serve you. Two different workers ignored us. And to add insult to injury, my combo with nothing added cost $22. No thanks. I won't be excited about Fat burger again.
The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I enjoyed the Impossible Burger on a wheat bun, without lettuce and mayo, accompanied by thick fries and a strawberry vegan shake made with oat milk, topped with vegan whipped cream. The fries could benefit from a bit more salt, or you can use the salt packets provided. I've also ordered through Grubhub, and the food was just as good during that delivery. I'll be adding photos on my next trip, but I had to satisfy my hunger this time!

I ordered the smaller fries for $5, but this place charges extra for everything and never actually adds the extras to your burger. I ended up spending $40 on a burger that was missing toppings, along with small fries and a shake that they couldn't even be bothered to put whipped cream on.
My first stop on vacation, right after picking up my rental car, was to grab a bite to eat, and I knew Fatburger would be a great choice. I ordered a double fat burger, along with some onion rings and lemonade. It was definitely one of the best burgers I've had!
The customer service was excellent! However, I ordered a Turkey Burger and it had a freezer-burned taste. Considering the prices for the meals, I believe everything should be fresh, and please avoid serving the edges of the tomatoes.
I haven't been to a Fatburger in over 20 years, and I can't believe how delicious it is now! I don’t recall it ever tasting this good! However, they could have grilled it a bit longer.
