I will never dine at this Fatburger again. I ordered a turkey burger combo and when the staff called my number, I went to pick up my burger. The employee refused to give it to me without confirming my receipt, even though she didn't do this for others. It felt discriminatory and I took it as a sign not to eat the food. This fat burger is by far the worst I?ve ever been to. Some teenage kid behind the counter told me and my husband they couldn?t take orders because they had to wait for someone to show up. There was already 4 employees behind the counter. He said we can?ttake orders for 15 mins till someone else shows up. Ok, weird but we go walk around the casino and then come back to the sameresponse, being another 10-15 mins. Idk how they need one more person to show up to make 2 burgers and an order of fries??? Ordered the XXL burger for my husband. He really enjoyed it. However, for $13 cheese should be included. We ordered it plain with tomato and mayo and added the cheese at home. Good service for a busy Sunday.
