If you're searching for a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal in a sports bar setting, Fat Duck is the place to be. I absolutely love their chicken wings and fries. The outdoor seating area is pleasant and offers a nice atmosphere without feeling like you're just sitting on the sidewalk. Although it's somewhat enclosed, it's still open enough to savor an outdoor dining experience. The only downside is that it can get quite loud, but that's to be expected in a sports bar. If you're after a quiet, romantic dinner, this isn’t the place for you. However, if you're looking to relax, enjoy a few drinks, and dig into some delicious food, then this is definitely the spot!
My husband and I were wandering around Madison Street when we stumbled upon the Day Duck. We initially stopped for a drink, but after looking at the menu, we decided to stay for a meal. We ordered the pulled pork and sliced brisket sampler, upgrading to truffle fries. The meal also came with coleslaw, which wasn’t your typical slaw and I wasn’t a huge fan of it, but the rest of the food was fantastic—the brisket was absolutely to die for! I would definitely return to try the brisket sandwich. We also ordered the Hawaiian pizza, which was extremely delicious!
Duck Fat fries—truly the best fries you'll ever taste. At FatDuck, they’re served with three delicious sauces: roasted garlic aioli, Mexican pesto, and chipotle ketchup. You can't go wrong with their house-smoked meats. The brisket platter is generously portioned. If you prefer your brisket without sauce, just ask for it on the side. The smoked wings were fantastic as well. We visited on a Sunday, and they had $5 Bloody Marys all day long. Yes, please! If I didn't have to travel so much, this could easily become my Sunday ritual!
This review is from November 29, 2020 but I have been back a few times after and my rating for FatDuck has not changed. It is a great local establishment that offers a variety of drinks and delicious food. It is a good place to watch any games too. They have a great “outdoor” seating option. I put “outdoor” because they did a good job making you still feel inside on their patio which is very warm. I recommend to try their burgers and duck fat fries.

Highly recommend the buffalo shrimp, with the buffalo sauce on the side. I usually enjoy the FatDuck fries but they were DRENCHED in oil when I ordered them at my last visit. That was disappointing. I also miss the original dipping sauces for the fries. I had a Prosecco Mule for the first time, and that was delicious! FatDuck is a local hit when it comes to drinks and bar food.
It's was delicious. I went with some friends a little before the kitchen closed. I don't suggest doing that. The food was good but I always feel like quality lowers at that time because the cooks are ready to go. Honestly that's anywhere. One of the friends I was with sent the food back cuz it tasted burnt so that's why I say that. He got another plate and was much satisfied
Absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful time here. The food was fantastic, and my steak was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking great food and a lovely atmosphere. The service was also outstanding! Christopher, our server, was a delight. Thank you, Fat Duck!
Just landed from la la land and I needed some actual food. Not some juice cleanse peddled by the Hollywood elites. My Boi Jake took me here and I was very pleased. They got those fries oh baby those fries. The margarita was strong. Great service caring staff. What a place!
