Loved the food. We got the $60 per couple dinner pre fix menu (available sun thurs dinner). It includes: 1 bottle of wine (from red/white selection) 2 of the following: soup or salad 2 of entrees from a selection 1 dessert of choice (on thechalkboard) Salmon was fresh and seared outside, chicken was tender. I liked the waffle that comes with chicken and it had aninteresting taste. I love that their food isn?t overly salted like other restaurants where u would end up drinking lots of waterafter dining. So if you are heavy on salt, you might not like it. The dessert chocolate fondant (lava cake), topped with icecream, was just a bit sweet to my liking. Loved the service! The young male server...
Food is good. Customer service, not so much. If you need to change ANYTHING from a menu item...forget it. The owners will not allow any alteration to what is printed on menu. For example, I asked to withhold the bread from a listed sandwich. Nope. Asked if I could have a salad without the onions. Nope. After unsuccessfully trying to find something on the menu which was inline w/my dietary needs, I let the waiter know that if I couldn?t change a single dish, I would need to find another locationfor lunch. He simply said ?okay?. Could have cared less to lose a customer. Sadly, the owner(s) are not into accommodatingsimple requests. Not good for business. It?s a SMALL town!
The food at Faubourg is enjoyable, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. If you want to make any adjustments to a menu item, you're out of luck. I tried to have the bread removed from a sandwich and asked for a salad without onions, but both requests were denied. After struggling to find something on the menu that fit my dietary needs, I mentioned to the waiter that if I couldn't modify any dishes, I would need to seek lunch elsewhere. He simply responded, "okay," showing little concern for losing a customer. Unfortunately, the owners seem unwilling to accommodate even basic requests, which is not a great approach for business, especially in a small town.
I appreciate that the food here isn’t overly salted, unlike many other restaurants that leave you thirsty afterward. If you prefer a saltier taste, this might not be the right choice for you. The dessert we tried, a chocolate fondant (or lava cake) with ice cream, was a bit sweeter than I usually enjoy, but it was still delightful.
The service was outstanding! Our main server, a young man, was excellent and added a wonderful energy to our dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food at Faubourg was outstanding, and the staff were very welcoming. Prices were fair too. The only downside was the bread—considering it's a French restaurant, it was disappointing to receive bread that was lackluster and stale. Aside from that, all the other dishes were excellent, but they definitely need to improve the quality of their bread.

I ordered the $20 grass-fed hamburger with a brioche bun, but they were out of stock. This was right after they told us they didn't have marinara sauce for my girlfriend's gnocchi. While the waiter was attractive and knowledgeable, the overall quality of the meal didn't match the price.

My son works at Faubourg, and I'm confident that customers are enjoying improved service from now on. The menu offers a fantastic variety that complements the excellent hospitality perfectly.
