Chez Diem is the real deal! On a rather cold night we felt like a hot soup would be in order, so we visited this Vietnamese Restaurant in old town. You cannot drive to it as it is a tiny side street but an open parking lot is just 50m away offering plenty of spaces. I had the Poh with beef that came with short egg noodles in a rich broth. Bean sprouts, lemon and mint leaves were served on the side so one could add them to taste. The shredded beef was perfectly cooked medium well simply by adding it to the broth towards the end.
