I decided to go out for some Spanish food for a belated anniversary celebration and was pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly, the prices were reasonable for this type of cuisine, and the portion sizes were mostly adequate (not overly generous). The wait time for the food was average. The dishes were generally tasty, hot, and well-prepared. However, the restaurant was a bit cold in temperature and had more of a bar atmosphere than a restaurant vibe. The stuffed mushrooms dish only contained one mushroom, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a good choice for a meal out.
We visited with friends last night and whilst the service was good, the whole restaurant desperately needs a deep clean, refurbishment and improvements made to the food. We ordered the mixed paella which was fine but very bland, not much flavour, but nothing exciting/exceptional. The tapas was again not very flavourful. The restaurant is really starting to need a refurbishment and a very deep clean, it is very unclean/greasy, not to mention the awful state of the toilets. I hope something is done soon, otherwise it might continue to go downhill.
I stumbled upon a hidden gem on Midhurst High Street. I brought my Auntie Mum here on a Saturday evening and we were greeted by friendly and engaging staff. The drinks were reasonably priced and the food was absolutely fantastic. The medium paella was delicious, packed full of seafood and so tasty. Make sure you come hungry as there is plenty to go around! They also offer great value on cocktails from 5pm to 8pm. I will definitely be recommending Faustinos to my family and friends. We hadn't originally intended to try the Tapas restaurant, but were recommended it by one of the hotel staff. The prices for the food were reasonable and all the dishes were delicious and nicely presented. Our waiter did make a mistake with our order, but quickly rectified it by offering the incorrect item for free and replacing it with our original choice, which arrived promptly. The prices for wine by the glass were also reasonable.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic, and the food is superb. The staff are brilliant, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We would highly recommend it! It is a great place for a dinner outing, with prices averaging between £50-60 per person. We suggest trying the Hot Prawn Dish and the Gamba Al Pil Pil.

This restaurant is a unique spot. The food is delicious, but it could use a bit of a cleaning. The table was dirty, but eventually I found the lights. It's a bit odd, but I do enjoy the atmosphere of this place.
