Took my family here for Father’s Day lunch. The atmosphere was a bit lacking, the staff seemed preoccupied and not too engaging. The food was decent but my steak was hardly warm when delivered to our table. Favela Grill has potential to become a great and lively Brazilian Steakhouse, but fell short of that mark during my visit. For the price I’d recommend else where for the time being.
Favela grill is a 5 star restaurant in the atmosphere and food. Brazilian knows where to go for their food, that will bring them back hometown in just a bite. So i do recommen this restaurant is a must try amazing food and drinks. Live music as well. They got the whole package for a brazilian experience. Enjoy it.!!!Food: 5/5
They have a lot of good Brazilian food options and the portions are large, can easily be divided by two. Not vegetarian/vegan friendly (except for the appetizers). The banana cake is one of the best desserts. The Manjar de coco (coconut pudding) is also very tasteful. There's nothing on the drink card.
Always delicious and enjoyable. Good service good wine good food. Should have a childrens menu my toddlers meal was the cost of my meal $16 plus $6 juice her food should be less I think . Also was confusing that gratuity was added for 2 people isn’t that supposed to happen for groups ? Book a table now
I love Brazilian cuisine, so I can't believe I haven't been to Favela Grill in Astoria Queens yet. Their Pao de queijo (Brazilian cheeses) were amazing and their picanha was very rich and very tasty. Service was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back.
Celebrate my sister's graduation here! The staff was so nice and very accommodating. You're the best. The outside seats were beautiful! The food and drinks were amazing!!! Thank you for making my sister's graduation party unforgettable!
A hidden gem. Excellent quality. All the food I’ve had has been amazing, including the shrimp, fried fish, and of course, their short rib. Definitely big enough to share! Very good and well priced wine options too.

Nice, clean. Eat delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the banana dessert, was extremely sweet. Other than that. The food was great and the drinks too.
