Fazoli's - Table reservation

My husband and I love to eat here and the other night we went through the drive through and ordered and we waited but the cashier said we are so sorry but we made a mistake with part of your order and we are fixing it and if you could just pull forward we will have it out to you in about 15 minutes and they did and they also gave a coupon for 5.00 off our next purchase. I want to say to the team and management that was working that night Thank You for seeing the problem that the staff cooking made and fixed it. You could have easily just put it together handed it to us and it be wrong but you didn't you explained the mistake that was made and rewarded us as well. We will be back to eat again...

My husband and I just got home from there. Order two spaghetti orders one with meat balls and the other with out. Both was with very little sauce the one with meat balls he didn’t get any. They were served on little saucers my husband’s lasagna was small square and not very good. We seriously tip well and don’t complain but the meal was really bad the salads were good and nice size I also ordered mild wings and it burned the inside of my mouth but my husband liked them. Anyway sorry if I sound whiny but it was really bad. Donna

Ordered $40 of food. It was horrible. Threw it in the trash. Called and spoke with restaurant staff and explained how horrible the food was and she suggested we bring it back to be have added sauce. Breadsticks soggy and greasy, spaghetti dry with no meat sauce and lasagna hard and crunchy. I gave 1star because you had to in order to write a review.

very friendly; service not the fastest but the food was very good and they were nice so it didn't really have a negative effect...
