I would first like to say that the hours are incorrect, because I pulled in around 9:20 to pick up my online order and the doors were locked. I had to stand and wait for an employee to come open the door, because they were just sitting at tables and talking. I believe they only opened the door for me because one of their friends showed up behind me. So clearly the store closes at 9PM, not 10PM. The frustrating part, however, was my order. The mozzarella skewers were fine. My issue is with the Gluten Friendly Chicken Pesto Rotini I ordered. There was. . .no pesto. Don't get me wrong, I did ask for the chicken to be taken off and for the bacon to be added instead. But how do you forget to add...
I had a bad experience here in the drive thru. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes, nobody answered, then pulled up to the window for another 7-ish minutes before Cameron helped me. I then waited 10 minutes for my food which was a average normal wait time, not too bad. However, I was on my way to work left with 20 minutes to spare for food, but I spent the entire time in the drive thru and didn’t even get to eat the food. I only took a couple bites, it was pretty normal. I called for a refund the manager was very nice and considerate I didn’t get her name). I am editing my review and adding stars because I felt it was great customer service that Fazoli's immediately responded, looked me up, and refunded my money back on my card, just based on this review. Thank you! I haven't been to Fazoli's in years but my kids wanted it. I ordered food online and went inside to pick it up and there was a ton of people in line. Ended up waiting for almost an hour over my pick up. They were super short staffed. I felt bad for them but my kids were really hungry and waiting in car so I asked them to refund my money so we could just go somewhere else and they said they couldnt because it was an online order. Fazoli's on Hwy 94 at Friedens in St.Charles Mo, is a very well run restaurant. It is clean, employees are courteous, and the food is always delicious. Tonight Krystina took my order with a smile. She was friendly, kind, and professional. When she brought my food to my table, she made sure everything was ok, and asked if I needed anything else. We generally like fazoli's but this property needs some help. The carpet is worn and filthy with wear spots all over, paint on the ceiling is bubbling from old water damage. Bathrooms are like a gas station. Didn't help that we were there nearly an hour waiting for food. The cook was apparently new. The food itself was well prepared, and the woman that brought us our food was really really nice and gracious.
my trip to the fazoli in st. charles was amazing! from service to eating everything was perfect. gennaya treated my order in the drive-thru and she was both prompt and friendly with my order and help ask about menu points to answer. I also spoke to the manager, kim and they were absolutely phenomenal and spoke so high of their team. kudos to the entire staff for creating a great hospitable experience!
service was very welcoming, please type . here are the baked Italian meatballs, I ate one before the photo. soou good! mozzarella and provolone mix, soou good. and they throw in these melt-in-your-mouth sticks, soou good! the restaurant was kept very clean. will go back!
I say only average but it is actually pretty good for the money. Last time I ordered I received a pretty small order of Penne plus meat sauce. It surprised me, usually the portions are generous I will go there again Book a table now
tonight there was a great service and good food. the type that works tonight behind the counter went beyond and beyond to make sure our family had a great service. also brotsticks were delicious tonight.
