Feasta Pizza - Table reservation

Not sure what?s going on with this place but customer service and quality is down immensely. I ordered a pie that I often do and upon getting it home disappointment struck. Completely wrong pie. Ohhhh no, my stomach said. But as hungry as I was I ate a slice and it wasn?t terrible but it wasn?t good either. So, I called to let them know that there was an error with my order expecting great customer service to match what the quality of the food used to be and was disappointed yet again. They offered no customer service whatsoever and only said thanks for letting us know!!! I asked to speak with a manager and she actually refused to take the call. I'm visiting from out of town and was really craving chicken Alfredo. It was delivered to my hotel I got no utensils and it was very bland had no salt to spice it up tried to eat most of it I did happen to bring a spoon with me from home the struggle was real but in the end I couldn't eat it.

We've had many nice meals here over the years. It's typically quiet and the food is good. They seem to do more take out business than dine in. The servers are usually pretty friendly, but they can be slow at times and not very attentive. It all depends who you get.

Just had an American Sub delivered. One slice of ham, basically a salad on a bun and utterly tasteless.

Large slices. Piping hot, lots of cheese. Delicious. Would recommend.
