Waiting 45 minutes for coleslaw is a really long time. For my boyfriend's birthday, I decided to take us to this restaurant that we really liked to eat as much as we wanted. At the beginning when there weren't too many people, yes we received our dishes, but unfortunately not all, my miso soup, I had to ask for it again. I thought it was a careless mistake. What was my mistake when the room was filled with customers. Our orders took a long time to arrive. My boyfriend received his ordered dishes every 10 minutes, we had been waiting for 30 minutes. I went there with friends this Saturday. Many of the dishes we wanted to order were not available, and we were not informed in advance. The waitress, with whom we spoke at length, told us that this was coming or that we had to recommend (note the lack of clarity.. , and the order never came. When we brought it up again at the end of the meal, the waitress replied that “we ate a lot”! We had a table of more than 4 people, and half of the orders were never served. We didn’t eat our fill, even though it’s supposed to be “all you can eat”.
Several times I go there on weekends so a more expensive menu I design but supposed to offer more products including sashimi, but when they are ordered they never arrive, so how can we explain the extra cost ?
