I was in town for the weekend, all the way from Bakersfield, Ca. found Felix bbq with soul from searching the internet. The atmosphere was great aswell as the music. I ordered 1/2 rack St. Louis ribs Cat fish combo, collard greens and red beans and rice. The red beans and rice didn't taste good dry and no flavor, they brought me Baby back ribs instead of what I ordered (St. Louis Ribs) the Collard greens were good and the cat fish was good also! After I got the correct ribs I ordered they weren't cooked long enough no flavor and tough. Order the rib tips, macaroni and collard greens. Greens tasted like vinegar. Very bitter and sour. Macaroni noodles and cheese were separated. It was like eating noodles with a side of cheese. (1/10) Rib tips were just okay. The middle had a word texture, as if it wasn’t fully cooked. Service was nice! Food 2/10, only because the bbq sauce made the ribs and cheese noodles at least edible.

Bev our server was phenomenal. The food was also amazing! I ordered the Alabama Chicken. It had a breaded seasoning that delivered a punch of flavor. I dined with six other people and tried some other items like the mashed potatoes, the beans and rice, the canjun pasta which were all incredible. I would gladly come back but live out of state. Great find!
The best customer service, and the best top notch food. I drove from San Diego and please it was definitely worth it. I will continue to make that drive. Mr. Felix was so nice and made you feel appreciated. But I appreciate everything that he done to have such wonderful restaurant with great food,customer service. Definitely the best!!!
This was my first time here while visiting in the area. Had the pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw and fries. It was awesome! Had to take half of it home and ate it for dinner! Our waitress was great. Wish they had this place where I live.
It's like eating at a great food truck but in an industrial complex in an awkward office space. Food is 5 stars, but the dining area leaves you feeling a little out of place.
