Appetizer and soup were very good. At the main dish there was an excellent meat (Iberico), a sauce unfortunately missed. On request it was said that the taste of the meat should be the focus. I cannot understand this because a good sauce supports the taste of the meat and does not cover it. Dessert was good again. Service very attentive and sympathetic.
