Hello, I'm writing a formal complaint against one of her employees, caroline sibley. I am so disgusting of their behavior with two lies. my man came in with my daughter and asked for a refund for a product. she then said someone needed to check the product before she could consider providing a refund and he was asked to come back another day to get a refund, she repeated herself very rudely as if my man didn't understand it for the first time. she told him to leave the product in the load, and my husband has not given proof that the article is left here. he was very upset about her attitude and asked me to go next time. absolutely disgusting customer service saw a young boy on whom to this day had a very long waiting queue two older ladies sat down and chatting with each other ignored the fact that the young boy was torn by his feet, these a hard time we are all in them, they must sort their employees before they let go customers. unprofessional behaviour. the young was very helpful and patient, he should be really proud of him. will not come back .

As I was driving past I visited the store today hoping that it will be open for business. I was quite bluntly told by one of the staff that just because we can open from today doesn't mean we will be open. Surely there is a better way to speak to your loyal customers. Disappointed ????????

well laid out and a good selection of plants, seeds and pieces for the garden. good selection of kies, that is what took me first and left me with kies and an unplanned purchase of a rose. worth a trip.
