magnificent culinary experiences (in the plural: our group of 17 hikers has dine 3 times on the farm-safranière), full of local flavours, respecting the taste of fresh products used. vegetables come from the vegetable garden, the saffron of their own harvest, meats from nearby producers, cheeses from the artisanal cheese factory of plantimay. the smile and humour of celine and the quiet and warm efficiency of philippe seduced us. to prolong your pleasure, bring back to you one of the products based on saffron that you are offered!
in the very warm setting of a charming farmhouse in the heart of the massif of the chartreuse, we have come for years with the same pleasure! of the aperitif (possible to the saffron) by passing through the delicious velvet, by the succulent hog safran (at the saffron) by the delicately chosen farm cheeses and to finish with a very fine vanilla brioche! a true regal! For those who thirst for authenticity and generosity, a detour not to miss!
The inn was closed but they still opened their door so that we could buy saffron. a very nice welcome and as the owner prepared the lunch of the day of the year it was a real treat for the nostrils ... words of gourmets. We were able to go for a walk on the property and see the saffron plantation. we have started to taste the products to buy and cd that is certain that we will come back to taste the cuisine of the hostel to our next trip
Not disappointed with our choice of having dinner in this little restaurant. a lot of charm for this old house very well restored. The welcome is warm. The meal is excellent, the products are fresh, seasonal and local. the price is very correct, a single menu at 23,50 euros, aperitif, entry, dish, cheese and dessert. Anyway, a delicious time. We'll probably be there.

have spent a very pleasant time in this charming hostel where conviviality was at the rendezvous. very friendly welcome. unique menu of quality and freshness enjoyed the kir with saffron .sommes repart with saffron-based products. In addition, the site is beautiful. Little advice, you have to book.
on the terrace with an idyllic setting, a family kitchen, based on the saffron, very tasty, consisting of fresh, local and copied products (aperitif, entrance, dish, cheese and dessert!) with an excellent invoice (24 euros). The service is warm and friendly. We'll be back.
We were received in a simple and warm way in the clear and cozy dirty restaurant. the landscape around is beautiful and calls to contemplation. from the aperitif of the unique menu, the saffron scents, grown on site, avives taste buds. And it's a faultless one to the end.
