I discovered this café serendipitously several weeks ago. My wife and I had detoured to Woodbridge in an attempt to turn her second Covid jab appointment into a trip out. Having parked at the Station car park, we found that the café there, for which we had specifically been heading, had cleverly closed half an hour earlier than it advertised! Exploring the railway area, as I tend to do, we found the delightful Caravan Café near the station footbridge and, like a couple of Gareth Keenans, went to invetigate. We ordered our snacks and chose our table on the outside seating deck, which has great views of the railway, the River Deben, the famous Tide Mill and the pictuesque houseboat basin. The...
