terrible experience with the waitress. they were clearly understated, the air was tangible with tension, we could see and hear fighting in the kitchen as we waited. we understood that we have heard the stories about companies that are understaffed and are patient and support a local business, entertaining us for 20 min without recognition from the waitress, except when they pointed to us other people who come, that they have not yet been on our table or another. we were a tabletop of 4, a group of 7 came after us and much later a group of 9 when another waitress appeared, told the first waitress of the new waitress to help the group of 9 because one dame was a real one you know what, two tab...
only one thing, according to the waitress, fiesta has now begun to load on all tables a 18% gel. while we had paid 20.%, it was quite frustrating that we were given a bill for a table of two that displayed 10 people. when we argued that we were not 10 people, we were told that it was exactly that. this practice seems incredibly shady and allows zero space for drinking based on service actually provided. we had several problems with fiesta in the run of the years to wait with workers physically struggling and taking food orders wrong. that's the last one. this should not be as it is.
If you like Mexican food that tastes good enough you don't need to drown it out with hot sauce, this is the place for you! Also, TWO kinds of salsa!This has been our favorite Mexican restaurant in town for a long time. Very consistent, which is hard to find!I like the carne asada burrito the best.
they were extremely busy and overwhelmed as the rodeo was unexpectedly cancelled, but they treated it like champs! the food came out quickly and tasted tasty! large portion sizes and great taste.
