I will say, first I am not a regular at the Fife, but had been there several times over many years always to a satisfying meal. Now having recently moved within a 10 minute drive was hoping to visit more. My hopes were dashed. My wife I received sluggish service and ordered a total of 6 dishes, (most returned) and all except the Onion Soup falling short.
One of the nicer, if albeit pricier, restaurants in the charming little town of Kent. Live jazz piano most nights. The menu is solid if a little dated, but sometimes thats what you need. Loved the music and service was excellent. Great drinks. I can see why they have a strong following, wish i took more photos.
talented chef. fresh ingredients. rotating seasonal menu. delicious meat. seafood. veg. many culinary options. get the soup of the day paired w the tableside cesar. you wont be disappointed. finish big w the hot fluffy beignets. boom! roll me out!

We had a wonderful experience dining at the restaurant during our stay at the Cornwall Inn. The food and cocktails were fantastic, and the service was excellent.
