I ordered the wet burrito with steak, and it was honestly the worst meal I've ever had. The meat was overcooked and tough, making it the driest, most gristly burger I've encountered at any restaurant. It's clear why they aren't attracting many customers. The cooks really need to reconsider the quality of the ingredients they use. They've lost a customer for good, and for every unhappy diner, they risk losing ten more.
First time there and was not impressed. For the price you pay you should not be going up to the counter to order. They should definitely be seating people and taking their orders. The flavor of the food was not for me either. Ordered 3 enchilada plate with rice and beans. So much sauce it was ridiculous. Also the whole beans I ordered could have easily been mistaken for ranch style beans. I'm good won't be back
I have been coming here and getting the same thing every time and ea time I got It is worst than the last time. I ordered a mango salad the lettuce was wilted the chicken is super cold hardly any dressing it seems like they washed the lettuce and didn’t drain it it’s like it’s soggy. The tortillas have parts that seem raw and are cold. I have not been happy with the one in Visalia at all
Nice place! Take out for 4 included a salad, fajitas, burrito and nachos. Lunch was quiet as everyone enjoyed their item. Many were dining indoors in the spacious nicely decorated dining room. This restaurant has been a favorite of my Visalia friends for many years, they told me. Book a table now
Great customer service. I was there when this worker confronted a girl who stole soda when she asked for water cause it’s not fair how I paid my whole family for their drinks when this girl was getting it for free. Well done
I ordered the ceviche and chips, and the Arco shrimp cocktail, and I wish I could say they both were delicious but they were just overwhelming spicy and not in a good way. Also the shredded carrots are just way too much.
I love mangosalate, shrimp Burrito and red salsa. The food is so fresh and delicious great to take your family.
