I have just spent a fabulous week at the hotel. My room 140 was a junior suite. It had everything you could want including a walk in shower that was extremely powerful. Complimentary toiletries including, comb, 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste, cotton makes up pads, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel and shower cap. A fresh bottle of water was left everyday together with tea, coffee pods, milk and sugar and a coffee maker. The maids came daily and the room was kept spotlessly clean. The downside to this room is the small balcony but the view was amazing even though it was on the first floor. Beautiful hotel, view of cala bona Port was lovely. The staff were excellent couldn't praise enough. There are only a couple of gripes 1st being , the sun bed situation but that seems to be the norm for most hotels . The second was the evening meal not very warm, which I'm sure the hotel are aware of, for this reason alone If I was to return , I would stay bed and breakfast. If I was needing half or full board I would unfortunately stay else where. Such a shame because other than the evening meal it is a fabulous hotel.
