We ordered our food together with Soda. The delivery driver took out food and forgot our soda. He apologised and said he was right back after waiting 30 minutes for him to return with our soda. I called and spoke to the girl who answered the phone and said that he had other deliveries I explained that we waited for our drink for half an hour so that we could eat that she said he will be there soon. No one will deny the food. The food is very good. Solid beverage selection. The place I went to Coventry is beautiful and the staff is polite and attentive. The atmosphere could be good, but I usually go during the day when there are not many people to eat. The reason is OK (3 1/2 really) is because of the cost. For 1 special pizza that recently jumped $5 in price, you can get at least 4 Little Caesars Pizza. Admittedly, the quality at Twisted is much better. There is also a credit card convenience fee, even if it is your burden. It makes an already overpriced meal only annoyingly more expensive. Bad taste, especially for the price, Kalzone without taste, small veggie pizza was 17 . And a five-part wing with a small frit was 23. The service was bad with teenagers playing around the phone. apparently 4 people work, but only 1 was working.i found the entire experience disappointing for the price. had to go back and ask for the sauces
Awful experience. Ordered mozzarella sticks, they were burnt to a crisp and had the marinara sauce dumped into the box. The sandwiches we ordered looked like they were made by someone with feet for hands. Do not recommend.
